Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@viraasatechikankari.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 3 days of approval.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour (subject to availability). Please mention your preferred exchange item when initiating the return request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
