Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1,999
• Shipping Charges: ₹99–₹149 for orders below the free shipping threshold

International Shipping

• We ship to select international destinations.
• Delivery time: 10–20 business days depending on location.
• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@viraasatechikankari.com with your order details and photos (if applicable).
